In August, the SNF Parkway welcomed Dr. Nancy Proctor as its new Executive Director—a milestone that marks the beginning of a bold new chapter for the organization. Her appointment was celebrated across the city, with local press highlighting her experience, collaborative approach, and deep commitment to community-centered arts.
Nancy brings a clear vision for the Parkway’s future: a dynamic cultural anchor where film, live arts, education, and emerging media come together under one roof. In just a few months, she has deepened partnerships, expanded program opportunities, and reintroduced the Parkway as a creative home for Baltimore.
