Photographers must submit recent work, including original tear sheets or photos with credits of the issuing organization.

Freelance journalists (including photographers) may apply for accreditation for specific events or dates only. A valid assignment letter from a recognized news organization or publication is required.

The applying publication must be operated by a registered company or media organization, and have a verifiable physical address and telephone number.

The applicant must publish a substantial amount of original news content, commentary, or analysis relevant to the festival.

Applicants representing newer outlets must provide recent site traffic data, press citations, and three recently published articles with byline demonstrating coverage of relevant subject matter.
