Film lives at the heart of the Parkway.

With three purpose-built screens, the Parkway brings people together around films from Baltimore, Maryland, and around the world—from new independent releases and repertory discoveries to local work, special presentations, and screenings on 16mm and 35mm.

Our year-round Film+ programming expands the experience beyond the screen. Filmmaker Q&As, guest speakers, performances, archival presentations, and community conversations offer new ways to connect with the work, one another, and the world around us.

Some programs look back at film history. Others introduce new voices, unfinished work, or unexpected creative connections. Each one of our Film+ programs offers a reason to gather.
