Accessibility
We are committed to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment where all guests can enjoy our films, live performances, and special events.
Accessible Entrances and Seating
The Parkway offers automatic entry doors to the Historic Lobby, accessible restrooms, and step-free access throughout the main public areas of the building.
All three theaters on site offer accessible seating:
- Our historic Theater 1 features a fully raked main floor with wheelchair-accessible seating and companion seating available in multiple locations.
- Theaters 2 and 3 are smaller auditoriums located on the second and third floors.. Both include wheelchair-accessible seating and companion seating, and are accessible by elevator.
Hearing and Visual Accommodations
Assisted Listening Devices (ALDs) are available upon request to help enhance sound clarity during screenings. Availability is limited for all assistive devices, but we will do our best to accommodate all requests.
Open Captions and Subtitles: Select screenings include Open Captions, with captions displayed on screen. Open-captioned screenings are noted on our calendar and film pages with the label [Open Captions].
All foreign-language films include onscreen subtitles for non-English dialogue.
Please note that open and closed captioning are only available for digitally presented film and media and are not available for 16mm and 35mm presentations.
