Where storytelling meets new technology.
Emerging Media & Gaming is the Parkway’s year-round home for creative work that uses new tools, formats, and ways of involving audiences to tell stories differently.
Our programs bring artists, audiences, students, developers, and creative technologists together through indie game showcases, immersive exhibitions, interactive screenings, artist talks, workshops, interdisciplinary performances, and work using VR, AR, AI, projection, sound, and design.
These experiences may invite audiences to enter a world, make choices, play, interact, or move through a transformed space.
The technology is never the point by itself. The question is always: How does this help us experience story differently?
